Tier 3 installers must also carry a bond and insurance under §61-56.703.
A pumper/hauler licence authorises cleaning onsite wastewater systems, self-contained toilets and other sewage holding systems, and transporting what is removed. Septage may only be disposed of at facilities the Department has approved and that appear on the licensee's own application.
